In Brooklyn’s rough Brownsville section, the NYPD’s sixty-fifth precinct works the streets around the Van Dyke housing projects. Three unconnected police officers, shaped by very different career paths, each face the blurred line between right and wrong while enforcing the law. Their separate struggles gradually draw them toward the same deadly location.
