Mousy, a timid laundryman, becomes the target of White Tiger, a foul-tempered mute fugitive with a violent past. After his criminal wife is killed by police, White Tiger hides among a theatre troupe, using theatrical face paint to conceal himself. As he murders anyone who uncovers who he really is, his attention turns to Mousy, who must face a killer determined to hunt him down.
