Intrigo: Death of an Author

Off the Dutch coast, a solitary man steers a small open boat through a rough and troubled sea. Elsewhere, a young author comes into possession of a manuscript sent by Germund Rein, a critically acclaimed writer who has taken his own life shortly after sending it. The film follows the uneasy circumstances surrounding the manuscript and the shadow cast by Rein’s final act.
