Over the course of one wedding weekend on Martha’s Vineyard, two very different families come together to celebrate a marriage. As relatives from both sides gather in the same place, the occasion brings their contrasting worlds into close contact, turning the ceremony and the days around it into a shared family event shaped by the meeting of two households.
