In an inner-city neighborhood, the leader of a girl gang faces a threat to her authority when a new girl arrives and unsettles the order around her. As the newcomer moves into the gang’s world, her presence creates a challenge that forces the leader to confront shifting power within the group and the neighborhood they claim as their own.
