Matt is a well-known writer and director whose life is upended after a traumatic experience leaves him terrified of going outside. Confined to his apartment and struggling with a fear that keeps him indoors, he tries to keep his creative life moving by taking on an ambitious challenge: writing, directing, and starring in a feature film without ever leaving home.
